What do you offer?
Private birth preparation for Tacoma families - so you feel clear, steady, and confident in your birth decisions before labor begins.
Who do you work with?
I work with Tacoma families planning birth at Saint Joseph, Tacoma General, or The Birthing Inn - first-time or returning parents who don't want to feel uncertain, rushed, or caught off guard when decisions matter most.
Do you offer childbirth education classes?
There is no need for outside childbirth classes, childbirth classes is included in your personal preparation plan.
Do you take insurance?
At this time, I do not accept insurance. However, many clients are able to get partial reimbursement from their insurance or HSA/FSA by submitting a letter or invoice from me. I'm happy to provide that upon request.
Is this a doula service?
This is preparation - not birth attendance. My work centers on private, in-depth birth preparation, so you feel steady and informed going into labor. I do not routinely attend births. A very limited number of birth attendance spots are offered each year, by request and availability. Please inquire if you do need doula support. I do have trusted resources.
